OAuth Authorization Server Metadata (RFC 8414)

Authorization server metadata for the embedded OAuth 2.1 server backing remote MCP connectors. PKCE (S256) required; public clients only (`token_endpoint_auth_methods_supported: ["none"]`). Also served at `/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server/mcp`.
